Great job at the Shops on Montevallo location in Birmingham. Large order was placed right when they opened and it was ready... when I arrived, hot, made perfectly and tasted delicious!! Read more

Pizza WAS dru and stale. When called I was told it would be replaced. When I call back to order pizza, girl was rude and... hung up on me. Went in to order pizza, Same girl Was still rude . I said the pizza place next door or is your competition. Shesaid it's Pizza Hut's competition not man. Then Then said I could go next door to papa John's if I Wanted. I then told her Ijust wanted to see who hung up on me Even though I was about to order another pizza. But after the conversation I changed mymind. Read more

The pizzas were hot, fresh,& tasted great. Every time I get pizza from this location they knock it to the nickel seats!

The employees does not care about customers. My pizza was disgusting. It was burned outside and inside, cheese was messy, not... neat, tasted like burned cheese toast. I was ignored when I drove up to the pickup window. The employee just looked at me andturned her head. After 3 minutes, a younger employee waited on me, working her way around the older female employee who was onthe phone without a care. I will never go back to this place. Everytime I order a pizza, it's burned, hard, half done and awfultasting like it was made yesterday. Terrible customer service with sarcasm. This review is zero stars not one. Read more

I placed an order at 10:30 AM for 6:30 pickup. I showed up at 6:30 PM on the dot, and they couldn't even find my order at first.... When they finally did, they said it was voided that morning for being placed too early. They didn't bother calling me oremailing to tell me what happened. I reached out online to ensure my refund ($50) and received an email out of the complete bluefrom the store manager being so rude it was unbelievable. The manager ranted in this email about an order for someone else -they didn't even remember me! This store has employees so focused on defending their mistakes, they don't even apologize forruining your order. I was on my way to a party that started at 7:00. I was responsible for the food, and ended up being late andout of pocket another $65 because I had to get a last-minute dinner for everyone. They shouldn't have canceled my order, but ifthey had to, they should have at least attempted to contact me to let me know. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. Notonly did they ruin my order, but they treated me like it was my fault. Read more

Like really? Took over an hour for delivery when I was told 25 minutes. Food was warm almost cold, and the pizza didn't taste... right. I wouldn't order here if I was you. Read more
