I placed a pick up order on the app. I went through the drive through, gave my name and pulled fwd realizing i forgot to order... something. I asked about it at the window feeling bad bc this would slow down their efficiency of getting cars moved through theline. They were out of what I meant to order so I changed it, they were out of that, so I chose something a 3rd time, which theyhad in stock. I apologized for being "that person" ordering at the window???????. She was VERY GRACIOUS!! We laughed about it!Thank you Starbucks for training baristas to put up with us(public) in a gracious manor???? BE KIND TO YOUR BARISTA! And if yourorder isn't right... BE GRACIOUS about it! Please change to make lattes without scalding the milk. It isn't just this store, but a problem at most Starbucks locations.... Maybe the company wants to disinfect the milk or something, I don't know. What I do know is that milk overheated/scalded/burnttastes awful and has a special stink to it. Read more
No paper towels in bathroom. Told the manager who gave me a blank stare. Trash can full. Bathroom floor filthy and flies in... lobby. Every worker was more interested in chatting than doing their job. This a first Starbucks I have come across which ispoorly managed. Read more
