My husband went in and ordered 2 mocha cookie crumbles. He received 2 caramel machiatos, so he asked the "barista" to remake it.... Idk what we received, but it was watered down and tasted and looked nothing like a MCC. So I went in and asked for a refund. Thepoor girl clearly didn't know what she was doing. So she asks this guy in the back how to do a refund. He tells me I have to goto Target's guest services, which makes no sense since I used the Starbucks app. But I asked if HE could make a MCC. He tells methat's what my caramel colored, chunked ice, flavorless "drink" is... I told him I've been drinking them for years and they havenever looked or tasted like that. He asks if I want another remake (3rd remake now). I thought that maybe this guy knew what hewas doing since it was the girl that made them before, and I really didn't want to deal with guest services, so I said yes. Hehanded me chocolate syrup with chunked ice and some whipped cream on top. I finally just go to guest services where they can'tdo anything about refunding my money (and why would they have anything to do with the Starbucks app anyway), so I had to settlefor a $15 gift card. The whole process took about an hour. Do NOT go here, the workers are incompetent. The other person thatsaid this is the worst Starbucks in the country wasn't lying. Read more

Is by far the worst Starbucks in the country. It's amazing they're not really that busy but they don't even have enough of... anything. Here it is summer time and they don't even have iced tea or lemonade or anything that's cold. It's a good thing Ilike Starbucks because if I didn't I'd never go to a Starbucks again. But in my opinion they should just close this Starbucksand put a Dunkin' Donuts or put in a self service because it be better than the employees that work this one. Read more

We always order the same thing and have visited this location many times. We both got mocha Frappuccinos and could tell they... were extremely dark. I?m not sure if it was even the right drink. I politely notified the woman behind the register. She gave mea blank stare, and rudely asked if I wanted both of them remade. I said yes if you can. She then looked at me stupidly and saidwell can you throw them away, as if I?m supposed to know that. All in all, just a very rude employee. So disappointed for the second time with this Starbucks inside Target. Last week the young lady barely warmed up my croissant... and sorta threw it to me. She tried to force a top on the overflowing drink until I said something. Today was another badexperience. No Croissant(not her fault) but I got the chocolate one instead. Again, not warmed up enough. I tried to order thesame drink I LITERALLY ordered on Friday and she lied about them not making it anymore. I mentioned that I had just ordered iton Friday. She got snippy and made it but it wasn't correct. I told her(which took a lot for me) that it wasn't supposed to bewarm. She rudely said "you didn't say ice. I never have said iced and have always gotten it the way I like it. Then she makesanother one and I tell her how it's supposed to be BUT NOPE! Still wrong. This time I just took it and trashed it before Iwalked out of the door. I bought a offbrand Mocha from Target. So basically $10 wasted. I won't be going back to this Starbucks.Their workers need more training. Read more

don't drink it I always love coming here and when I come here I'm usually never disappointed but how bad can Starbucks mess up... anyway. Who who doesn't love coffee it's a great pick me up Read more

I was in line tonight at 7:59p.m. behind 3 patrons together ordering 3 beverages. I was immediately told "We're closed!" When... asked the time the store closed, the young lady stated 8:00 p.m. It's customary to serve those in line during operating hours. Iwill follow up with corporate in the morning. Even the patrons in front of me were shocked at her response and her lack ofcustomer service normally provided at this location. Read more

We checked in here while staying in Birmingham. Deanna gave us excellent service! She made specially requested non-coffee drinks... for my kids and well caffeinated drinks for my mom and I! Then as we were leaving she asked if we had all of our drinks andsaid, "I think I missed one!" Then she gave us a tiny cup of vanilla bean creme with whip for my baby boy! He was so excited!Great location with service that goes above and beyond. Thank you Deanna! Read more

A Starbucks inside a grocery store. Way to go Target. What a great idea to upscale and distance yourself from Walmart. The store... is not well staffed nor very clean compared to an out parcel store. Read more
