horrible customer service and I had to give them a 1 star in order to give an complaint and they don't deserve that. I went to... get a sandwich on my lunch break. The young lady that worked the store was in the back on the phone and didn't even acknowledgeme i stood there for almost 10 minutes and she still continued to talk on the phone like I was invisible. Never said anythingjust looked at me like I was to serve her. Then I asked was she on break and she no I am on the phone. I said ok I wanted to geta sandwich and she kept talking on the phone while rolling her eyes at me. I have never been treated with such disrespect atplace of business. If we don't visit your establishment how will you then get paid. I will never visit this location again andwill have my family friends to give this place a negative review. Read more

I placed an app order for pickup at 8:10 pm to be picked up by 9:10 pm. I got to the store at 9:05 pm to pickup my order and the... guy was locking up the pull down gate. The app said the store was supposed to close at 9:30 pm. He said he was told to close at9:00 pm. I asked him what I was supposed to do about my money and he?s said I would have to talk to the manager and see ifanything could be done. I don?t understand why I wasn?t called to see if I could pickup by 9:00 pm or to cancel my order sinceI have had other Subways call me about topping they didn?t have for my order. Went to get 2 coke icees and 1 water the cashier was very nice and respectful he rang it up as it popped up on the screen 2 Coke... icees 1 water. $7.36 my mother handed him the cash which was $10 as she went to fix her water I stood to wait for the change.The lady that was making sandwiches came over there YELLING at the cashier. She said you rang that up wrong, very rudely insteadof being understanding. I watched him ring it up on the screen it said 2 coke icees 1 water. She ran right up over him andstarted aggressively pushing buttons on the screen. She said that?ll be $11.58 maam. I went to tell my mother to give me anotherdollar due to the fact that I only had my card. My mother came over there to see what was wrong. She said it?s $11.58. My momsaid ?but it was just $7.36 a second ago? the lady said ?no it?s $11.58 now I need another dollar and change? my mother said?for just 3 drinks? the lady said loudly and rudely ?YES THATS WHAT I SAID MAAM? I said ?we don?t have another dollar just giveme my cash back and I will use my card? she didn?t wanna give the cash back she charged my card 50 cents which was absolutely awaste of her time due to the fact that he didn?t have the total put in yet and she could have handed my cash back and hit thecredit button??????? Oh well her loss I guess. Then, she didn?t even bother to give us the receipt. I feel so bad that the poorcashier has to deal with her ongoing attitude all day. He was so nice and he deserves a raise or something. She needs anattitude adjustment. Also I do understand, by the way, that fast food is stressful and sometimes difficult to be kind. Imworking going on 3 years in fast food as I am only 18. But she gave us a full on attitude and it was ridiculous no need in that. Read more
Good is not fresh cheese is oxidized
Never again! I ordered a veggie footlong. Me and my daughter got separate things on our sandwich but essentially it was the same... sandwich (a veggie delight). My daughter only likes Lettuce, mustard, and mayo on her sandwich. I chose my veggies and the ladywas being extremely skimpish. I told her I wanted extra bell peppers and onions and she put about 3 of each on my sandwich. So,I asked for more and again, she only added a little. So when she goes to ring me up, she rung the sandwich up as two 6 inchveggies. When I asked her why since it'll be cheaper to just do a veggie footlong she proceeds to say cause they're separated.That makes no sense! So not only are you stingy with the vegetables, but you over charge me. Not to mention she didn't want togive me my receipt. Such a terrible experience. Read more
EDIT: She has taken her headphones out and is super friendly now! Great customer service, very attentive, and held a nice... conversation with us while making our food. Keep up the good work! 4 stars! Previous review below for reference. The girlthat made my sandwich was friendly enough and would have been great if she hadn't been on the phone the entire time. I get thatsometimes you're bored at work but that doesn't mean you go and buy a headset to talk to your buddy all day. This is the secondtime its happened at this location.
