My last two visits have been awful for online order pickup. Incident 2: There is a staff change I believe and during my most... recent visit, I got a burnt Italian bread, food full of salt in my footlong. My another order which was a chicken wrap - was notmixed properly and had all the chicken filled at the bottom and all salt content inside chicken and not in the otherpart. Incident 1: Before this visit, the new guy whom I saw for the first time, made me wait more than the estimated pickuptime over there as he was busy in assisting other people. When I asked him about my order, he was rude and told me I 'm the onlyone working here. Once I got my order (containing two foot long) , the breads that I indicated in my order were different. I hadthe same excess salt related issues in this order as well. Reported my experience both the times via Subway online form and Iasked for a refund with couple of follow up emails during Incident 1 and I didn't get any response from the manager. I haveshared Incident 2 related photos to the manager via email and will update this post if I receive any response from them. Ordered through the app. Came to store. Was told by the employee that was still there they closed early. Nothing on the app, and... received a confirmation email. Worst of all, although they had my phone number, no one called me to notify me. Waste of time.Won?t do it again. Read more
Not easy to pick up food ordered online. Unclear where to approach. Inside, the few tables are crammed together with no way to... achieve recommended SD, which is enough to keep me away. All employees I saw were wearing masks. The food was ready on time, andwas good as expected. Read more
I had to greet them while someone out of uniform was making a sandwich. One of the sandwiches i ordered was a footlong double... meat steak and i watched this guy put it in for a 6in single meat. the cheese wasnt even melted. after he pulls it out, he asksanother guy to finish my order so he can leave. then instead of getting my half warm sandwich finished and not even starting mysalad. the other guy starts the customer behind me. I worked in this exact store when i was younger off and on for about 3yrs.the subways in this area are complete garbage now. i was in the middle of nowhere Faulkville at a Loves truck stop with a subwayin it...some of the best service and made properly. I have been to many other subway locations, but this one stands out. The staff here are AMAZING! Great customer service,... especially Rebecca and the owner who?s name I have forgotten. Anyways I shall also mention the main thing, great food and veryfast! My mother and I come here very often and encourage anyone looking for good food at a good price to come and try it out! Read more
