Good customer service & the server know how to use her gloves..she take them off when touching sauces & seasonings ..I... definitely don't mind her making my food !! I normally get great food out of the Subway that sits in Wallmart. I get the Spicy Italian Melt on Wheat all the time. I... ordered the footlong and normally they put 8 to 10 slices of Pepperoni and salami I got 6 of each today. The main reason forthis review is the Bread was stain im saying the bread was at least 3 days old or longer, what happen to fresh every day. Please don't cut corners, I eat subway 2 to 3 times a week and I love it. You were straight 5s until today. Get back to what udo make great sandwiches. Thanks Read more

Hi, I was trying to use the mobile app to see if the store in question does the Bogo sale on sandwiches, when I found that they... dont I closed the application and drove to a store to get food instead. When I arrived at said store I get an email saying myorder has been confirmed. I did not try to place the order because buying two subs instead of buy one get one was not my goal. Iimmediately called the store to cancel my order, where the lady working said her manager is not in so she can do nothing whichwas at 420pm the order was supposed to be ready at 430 via what the application said. The worker said the sandwiches werealready made which I dont believe, so I asked to speak with a manager, where I was told that they would get my number and themanager will call me, this is not my first run in at the store so I know the manager only comes in when she feels like itusually in the morning so I waited this morning for said call back. Instead I had to call them myself, just for the owner to sayit's nothing she can do either, no refund no sandwiches just time and money wasted over something I didnt order. The sandwich was supposed to be garlic cheesy bread; however, it was so heavy on the garlic it gave me indigestion all night and... there was hardly any cheese on it. The owner even told the girl to charge extra for the garlic. Owner is not the friendliestI?ve ever met. Seems to like to argue with the customer at times. Very disappointed. Read more

This location need to address their fly issue among others. I am curious why does the Subway Club and the Roast beef cost the... same? I have ordered a Roast beef for me and a Subway Club for my son several times . The Subway Club gets the same amount ormore Roast beef as the Roast beef Sub and also gets Turkey and ham. I pay the same price for both. The Subway Club has all thismeat and the Roast beef might be 2 or 3 slices of meat. How is that fair? Either put more on Roast beef or charge less. For themto be the same price is ridiculous. The last time I got my son a Subway Club and myself a Roast beef , the sandwich maker puttwo slices of Roast beef on mine then three slices on the club and proceeds to add the ham and turkey. I said just go ahead andmake mine a club too. This matter needs to be addresssed. Read more

I wish there was an option to give no stars because that?s exactly what this location deserves. I used the app to make a... purchase a couple of nights ago. I arrived fifteen minutes after my order said it was ready and the lady hadn?t even made myorder nor was the store busy. She charged me for my order although i paid on the app and i was told my payment didn?t gothrough. Checked my account and not only was i charged twice but the amounts were different. I reported this and have beenwaiting for the manager for three days to contact me to address this issue. I?m pissed at this point and i will be contacting mybank to dispute this issue. I didn?t get twenty three dollars worth of food so i?m Not honnabe charged for that. Read more

The worst Subway I've ever been too. Instead of putting out more toppings, she kept trying to scrape out the remainder, so... gross. Also 4 flies landed on my sandwich when she walked away to take care of 2 other customers who she told to skip me in linebecause they were only getting cookies and drinks. Not okay since I've already been waiting 20 minutes in line also on my lunchbreak. After I seen the flies hanging out on my unfinished sandwich on the counter I just left. Read more
