The man who behaved like he was in charge, though may or may not be a manager, was actually very rude and dismissive. We had an... issue with our order, not enough items, and by the time every piece had been taken out and recounted several times, food hadbegun to spill out of wrappings and was smeared on outside of wrappings. Also, when we finally arrived home, I found myCrunchwrap supreme consisted of lettuce (some of which was brown) and sour cream only, nothing else at all. The Birmingham Tattersall Hwy 280 location is ridiculous and will I not be back. At drive thru they asked for my order, which... was a Mexican pizza and a medium drink. They came back and said "ok" followed by something I couldn't understand so I said"what was that?" I waited a few minutes and they never came back on speaker so I pulled forward to the window. At window theguy told me that I pulled forward without placing an order. I explained that I was asked for my order and gave it. He themasked what I wanted and I told him. He said "hold on". He then came back and said "sorry, you will have circle around andorder again at speaker because you pulled forward and we are busy. " They were NOT busy. I had crunchy tacos. They were not good. The lettuce was old and there was very little meat.
Went in to this taco bell and was greeted by a sign at the register saying you had to use the kiosk and that cash was only... accepted in the drive thru. If I wanted to take orders at taco bell I would apply or expect a discount for ringing up my ownorder. I promptly left. Read more
We ordered 12 hard shell tacos and they waited until we paid to let us know they were out of hard taco shells. We had a big... order, so I got a bunch of soft tacos. I HATE soft tacos! New and neat. Great outdoor eating area. Service is a little slow on the inside but Drive Thru is speedy.
