Every time we go here (3-4 times), they mess up our order. They aren't even busy. Last time we went, they could only give me 2... spicy potato tacos for some reason, and we asked for a hard taco with only meat and cheese, and they put meat and lettuce withno cheese. Food always tastes great but rarely do we get everything we order. I tend to over order meals here since we typically do not... receive 1-2 items per order. Last night we were missing 7. I went back to the restaurant to receive and they provided themissing items. I was hoping with the new location the service would improve and the orders would be filled correctly, but thathasn't happened yet. I wish I could have given zero stars. Went through the drive thru, ordered Mexican pizza,no beans, got home , all beans.... Mistakes happen so I went back, frustrated but not mad,(hangry). Went to drive thru and told them of the mistake, told to pullaround. No one acknowledged me,no one apologize or said we're remaking it. Just handed me the box. I said is it correct orshould I check it. Guy shrugged said check it. Seriously had a teaspoon of meat couldn't see meat on two of four quadrants. Iasked them to remake or give me my money. After waiting for someone else to come I finally got some money back. But they wereterrible at customer service. I will not recommend that location nor will go back myself, I'll drive to 280.
