I ordered the falafel plate and a drink. The lady forgot the drink, and gave me the wrong order which I didn't catch until I got... back to work. OMG!! This is the first time I and my spouse have eaten at The Pita Shop and it most definitely WILL NOT be the last. The food... here is amazing and the overall freshness of the items was outstanding. We both had the chicken special with pita bread, freshmade hummus and Mediterranean salad with seasoned chicken. We both had dessert ranging from the BEST carrot cake I have ever hadand a equally delicious cheesecake. Easily a hidden gem if your aren't from the Birmingham area. This should be the Standard for Mediterranean cuisine. The portions... are large and filling.
