Well, a few days ago, the commercial about the Pretzel Pub burger had me curious as I love soft pretzels. I paused the tv and... got a good look at it. My husband and i decided to try it. Unfortunately we were not impressed. Can't put my finger on whatthe strange tasting sauce was, but the fact that when we opened them they were minus bacon and cheese didn't help. Service is super slow! Even slow to acknowledge you at the counter to take the order! Slow to fix the order and slow to give the... order. The Frontline worker gave me an order of chicken nuggets. But they were cold. Read more
First and foremost, Wendy's experience was horrible. Not only did it take 45 minutes for the workers to make 4 sandwiches and... fries which were cold when served, They also had terrible customer service. I do not understand why it took that long to makethe food considering that there were 8 workers there at the time. To make the experience worse, the card machine did not work.Since the card machine didn?t work and the gas station which is connected to Wendy?s ATM machine (2) did not work either, a lotof people were not able to buy any food. A lot of Changes need to be made in North Birmingham for someone to want to live in theneighborhood. Wendy?s is not the only fast food restaurant in North Birmingham that doesn?t have good quality service or food.Overall, Birmingham needs to put more funds into places like these so they can provide the things that they?re supposed toprovide like a working ATM machine, A working card machine, better stoves to cook food, better dining settings and more. Manager Sharon was very rude to me and my two co-workers. Also to several other customers. Have eaten here several times lately... because it is convenient to a job site we are working at, and it is always slow. Some of the other employees are very nice. Read more
Stopped in for breakfast since friends recommended it. Ordered the maple bacon chicken biscuit. It was ok. It wasn't actually... 'maple bacon' but bacon with syrup poured on. The potato wedges were GREAT though. Read more
