I give up. Fries were still cold and a piece of equipment.
Ordered online and was told it would be 16-21 minutes. Got there, and food wasn't ready. So I waited. Went to the counter twice... to ask about my order. Was told it wasn't ready. When I went up the 3rd time, she looked on the shelf and my food was thereall the time. She laughed and said, "Oops. Well, it's still hot. It wasnt...but I took it and left because I'd been waitingan hour at that point. When I got home, my order wasn't complete. I had to take it back to the store and speak with the manager, who apologized and offered a refund and extra drinks. This was my 2nd time here. They prepare there wings to order so they are fresh and hot.
The cashier was polite but the light skin manager was rude. Never honored wing stop gift cards that they sent out. They... literally have a tray fill of wingstop gift cards. Then patronize this establishment but the management is terrible. I wouldn'trecommend my mother or any one else to this location. Pitiful. Awful communication skills to be a manager. Read more

Wingstop is nasty,and extremely slow. I went to this particular Wingstop,and they were slow, unorganized,and the food was not... good. There were not many people in the restaurant, and I do understand they have takeout orders, but I waited forever for myorder, and it was sitting over with a bunch of other bags for at least 20 minutes. One of the workers asked me what was myticket number. I showed him,and they went to wear other bags were, and gave me my order. Absolutely unacceptable. Nice customer service, fast service ESPECIALLY for the location bc every other restaurant around this location is extremely... SLOW. However foods hot a d good, love the brownies! Read more
I guess I went at a good time, around 3pm. I walked in and was helped immediately. All guys working the location and everyone... was friendly. Was told it would be 10 minutes so I got my drinks then went across the street to the bank. When I came back myfood was ready, order was correct and the wings were NOT overcooked like my last visit to the Hoover location. I was verypleased and will go back again.
