The food was fine, but the staff seemed like they were just hanging out waiting to leave. This was at 5pm. They struggled with... the cash register and tried to charge me twice until I showed that my card was charged with cc app. We've had issues at thislocation before but this was the worst. I had ordered two wings and things (#3). The meals were horrible they taste and smell like smoke. As well as very salty, it is... disappointing. I've lived in Trussville over 20 years been in the food industry since I was 16 and this particular location keeps getting worse... and worse. It was dark but as I opened the door couldn't help but see the dirty windows with ice cream thrown on them. As Ientered the restaurant the floor mats were dirty dirty counters, employees standing around, not even acknowledging the guests.As I looked on the walls no management serve safe certificates posted no health score posted nothing so where's the manager orgm in charge.?The line in drive thru was wrapped around the building but no one is caring about the lobby only drive thru. Thatwas enough for me not to spend a penny in this location I'm sure after I make a call to the health department they will do afull inspection. Read more
