Service is awful .pulled to the drive thru tonight ,Nov 15th at 740 pm.the little guy meet me at the door and said dine in is... close but he's standing in the door,went to drive thru and the little girl put on hold in a empty drive thru for 10 minutes. The food was fine, but the staff seemed like they were just hanging out waiting to leave. This was at 5pm. They struggled with... the cash register and tried to charge me twice until I showed that my card was charged with cc app. We've had issues at thislocation before but this was the worst. I had ordered two wings and things (#3). The meals were horrible they taste and smell like smoke. As well as very salty, it is... disappointing. I've lived in Trussville over 20 years been in the food industry since I was 16 and this particular location keeps getting worse... and worse. It was dark but as I opened the door couldn't help but see the dirty windows with ice cream thrown on them. As Ientered the restaurant the floor mats were dirty dirty counters, employees standing around, not even acknowledging the guests.As I looked on the walls no management serve safe certificates posted no health score posted nothing so where's the manager orgm in charge.?The line in drive thru was wrapped around the building but no one is caring about the lobby only drive thru. Thatwas enough for me not to spend a penny in this location I'm sure after I make a call to the health department they will do afull inspection. Read more

Pretty rough. The workers obviously hate working there and take it out on the customers, order is incorrect and they act like... they?re out of things just so they don?t have to ring you up. They are slow as ever, even when its only 2 people in the drive thru. I had to leave the drive thru to sit in a parking space to... wait on my food. I had none of the sauces I requested, just a bunch of sauces that I dont eat. Just a complete waste of sauces.12 sauces for 20 tenders?? Also I ordered 6 cookies, and didnt get a single one. While I was down under the weather, my spouse went to grab a bite to eat. We elected to go to Zaxby's instead of chic fila as... the portions allotted are "more food for your money" in our estimation. When we opened the wing and things box, it was veryskimpy. There were probably 15 fries, 3 wings, and 3 tenders. The portions were small enough that I felt I had to go back andbring this to their attention. If we were going to get small portions, we could've just gone to chic fila. Fortunately, Ididn't face any resistance when bringing my box to the counter to show them the oversight. But I would've rather not had to comeback out to the restaurant for something like that. I'm giving 3 stars because of the quick way in which my issue was resolved.But I should not have had to deal with that in the first place. Read more
