I came to this Zaxbys and Josh was able to make the ORIGINAL Zaxbys Club (the one on texas toast with lettuce and tomato, not... this new one I will never order again) and it was GREAT!! Honestly the chicken tenders were over cooked, dry. First time I have eaten at this location so I don't know what it is normally... like here. However most Zaxby's don't over fry thier tenders. Read more

Zaxby's used to be one of my go to places for lunch. I had gone to Zaxby's drive thru to place an order for myself and 3... co-workers upon placing the orders I was told they could only do three orders through the drive thru, this was about 2pm onThursday 1-20-22. I ordered the food for my co-workers and after I paid I proceeded to leave the premises without anyreasoning, apologizes, or explanations for this decision. I get it because of the time it takes to process the orders. Butwhat gets me is there's no one in line behind me and there is 5 or 6 people in the kitchen area. There are a lot of fast foodrestaurants struggling right now, and someone trys to give you business and you reject it. You can bet this will be the lasttime I set foot or in this case, drive onto any of your properties. It's a shame because your food and your service is normallyway above average. Read more
