Got the “high tea” to go. It was absolutely lovely and delicious. Several sandwiches, far more than enough. Pretty little... desserts, large fluffy scones and all the accoutrements were included. Unfortunately, I dropped it, taking it out of my car. Soa few little sweets got broken, but they were still yummy. Unfortunately, I only had the unopened pic. Read more
If you said I would have afternoon tea I would tell you 'no way". If you said I would also love it, I would think you were... dropped on your head. But I did. Awesome treatment. Delicious tea. Tea-To-Go is amazing!! Took to mom for 91st birthday, she absolutely loved it, spectacular!!
Service was great, food not so much. I would have liked to have a pot of tea at the table instead of having to wait for the... staff to come bring it to us every time. I would have liked to be able to pick which sandwiches I wanted as I didn’t care forall of the sandwiches they served. Would have liked to pick my desserts. The service was good, and while I did like it overall I did not feel it was worth the $65 price tag. The tea was not held in a... restaurant but in an offshoot of their lobby by the elevators, that they refer to as a tea lobby, so hotel guests not attendingoccasionally passed by.
