Really delicious farm to table restaurant. Caesar salad was great. Bronzino tasted great as well. I really enjoyed the carrots.
Ideal for extra special occasions, but I'd struggle to justify it being any resemblance of a regular occurrence (though it seems... to attract a reasonably regular crowd of folks) Service was impressively attentive and helpful, going so far as to help us pickout a wine as we simply couldn't decide. I don't even like salmon, yet my wife's serving was simply delicious. My duck wassizable, and quite tasty. Keep an eye on the specials too; the truffle pasta on display that evening was, in my opinion, thebest dish that touched our table that night. Read more
Delicious food and great atmosphere, I'll definitely return. The farm egg is everyone's favorite, and yes it's very good. They... lost one star by adding bacon to their bolognese which was only good after the first bite, then it became offensive. The pastaspecial with shaved truffles looked nothing like the dozens of photos on Yelp and Google. The baked Alaska was an item I got togo but it's not traditional. My experience at Forest trail is very nice. The ambience was relaxing and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive. The... quality of my meal was great and beautiful to look at and full of flavors. Do you believe the pricing to be quite high might bedue to location and service received as I've been to very similar restaurants I have not paid as much for the amount of foodserved. Great service and great atmosphere. The food tasted great! I liked all the options they had and they had a seasonal Biscoff ice... cream which was incredible! They have half orders on most of their pastas which was great to get as an appetizer. Read more
Great atmosphere, outstanding service (waitress Ashley was amazing) and delicious food!! We had pumpkin soup, farm egg, Brussel... sprouts as starters. I had branzino and hubby had the NY Strip. The only food we weren't super excited about were the Brusselsprouts. It was an odd dish. It was shredded and covered in a dressing, not crispy like other sprout dishes weve enjoyed.However, thr bread was some of the best bread we've had and I would 10/10 recommend this place! Read more
My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary and had such an amazing experience. Tim, our server, was such a delight and... very attentive. The food was amazing and they have such a great selection of wines (my husband had a Manhattan and it wasgreat)!
