If I could give a 0, I would. Ill never go back. Ordered through DoorDash online, both sandwiches showed up incorrectly made.... Drove to the store at 820pm to find the door locked (open till 9pm). Two female employees were standing inside cleaning and cameto open the door only to say "we needed to close early tonight, you can talk with my manager tomorrow." Even after explaining Iwas there due to their incompetence, they still refused to re-make the order and proceeded to literally lock the door in my faceand walk away. I was astonished by the not only the complete lack of customer service but more so the ignorance. Don't wasteyour time going here. Read more
Went in to order and they were very busy. A man came from behind the counter to the end of the line to take orders and wrote... them down. I took the ticket and paid them sat down to wait. When my sandwiches were ready he came from behind the counter andwalked over to me to hand me my order. I placed a catering order for our school for a holiday party. A lot of detail went into the order as it was for quite a few... people. The kids eat lunch at a specific time and only have a half hour to eat. When I went to pick it up, the store was closed(at 11:45 am) and a sign on the door said ?We are closed today. Sorry for the inconvenience.? What? No phone call to tell us?Well, your neighbor Jimmy John?s pulled through with outstanding last- minute service for a catering order!!! Funniest experience... Lady behind the counter was flipping her lid that people were ordering food at lunchtime. 4 of us... ordered similar hot sandwiches and it took quite the time to get them. Others were waiting for online orders as well. Nobodycomplaining at all. The counter lady was complaining to other employees that we should have ordered online for 4 sandwiches andcomplained about many other things as well. She also threw every sandwich on the counter at the customers the entire time wewere there. I don't think she was meant for this type of work. A different path would be suggested. I go here all the time for my lunch break, and every experience has been fast and friendly. Ethan and his staff are very helpful... and great at making suggestions if you?re indecisive (like me). I highly recommend this place for anyone whose a fan of tastysandwiches and excellent customer service. Read more
