If there was a zero star, this place would have earned it. My wife and I walked in on Sunday 7-17-22 around 12:30 to order 3... sandwiches for our family. Immediately we noticed at least 8 people waiting for their orders, so we figured we were in for await, but we were the only ones at the counter, so no big deal. The two girls working there never acknowledged us when we walkedin, which is ok, they?re obviously busy making sandwiches. After 5 minutes of no acknowledgement from these two, even after theycame over to the cash register, which we were standing literally 4 feet from them, no acknowledgement. By now, the line behindus is out the door. No acknowledgement, nothing, to us or anyone else who walked in ?.zero. Well, they got what they wanted? wefinally left and went to Jersey Mike?s 2minutes away. They were happy to see us, made our sandwiches, and treated us 5000xbetter than JJ?s. It?s a shame because I?m originally from Champaign and always had a certain pride going into JJ?s feeling likeit was a piece of home somehow. That?s gone now and hopefully your pathetic employees and store on Woodward will be gone soontoo! Zero stars earned!! Read more
I must say I had some of the best customer service this evening at the young man I believe his name is Vincent at the register... was super polite and friendly. Also there was another worker in the store she was just as friendly and polite. Most peoplecomplain when they get terrible service but never acknowledge great customer service. I order delivery here often service is okay but I feel harassed, every time I place an order over the phone I?m asked to leave a... tip before I even get a total. I think it?s very unprofessional and leaving a tip should be an option based on service not anobligation. Read more
Every time we place an order with this shop it arrives at least 25 minutes after it is scheduled. For example - placed an order... at 9:15am for delivery at noon. Showed up at 12:27 with no notice that it would be late. BUYER BEWARE! I'd suggest eating athome. Been this way for quite some time. Oh! Just opened my sandwich and its not the right one! Awesome! If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered from here twice, the first time my food never got delivered and I had to get my... money refunded, despite the fact that I only work 5 minutes from this location. The second time I ordered it took them 45minutes to deliver my food, and I only ordered ONE sub and nothing else. Also, the driver was not very nice and my sub wasDRENCHED in mayo.
