TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE Garbage customer service via DoorDash. Drivers & person at store do not listen and actually lie lol. Owner... if you see this, don?t take it personal. Not my fault your people are operating in a super distracted state and can?t provide asatisfactory experience. Not going to go into details because it?s too much to type and I?m on my phone. Anyways, the food wasfine! If I could have cut everything (dealing with lady on phone at Leo?s & delivery drivers at DoorDash?) it would probablyhave gotten 4-5 stars. Imagine lol. I?m leaving a 5 star review for the waitress Candy. I saw her tolerate thee most insane and irate customers last night 10/2/22.... She didn?t have to put with any of it. But kept her head high and kept handling business. And to the other wait staff there,they did their best to handle the crowds even with 3 staff members short. Read more
Our 15-20 minute quoted carry out took 50 minutes. When I walked in they informed us they were out of grilled chicken, which is... fine but the cook just gave me an entirely different sandwich lol. I understand being short staffed in this day and age but thegirls were all fooling around, eating in the back, and giving the one girl working the carry out counter a hard time when sheasked for help. One of the girls was tapping her fake acrylic nails on the kitchen window, another was chewing her food andgiggling. After waiting an extra 30 minutes for a carryout order I had placed 20 minutes earlier, I finally got my order but not before 10... doordash orders were taken before mine. 2 other people had same problem while I was there. This place cares more about itsonline delivery service orders than the ones that people actually call in and order. That will definitely be my last time everordering from there. This place has gone down hill tremendously over the year's. Hopefully a newer better establishment takesit's place sooner than later. Read more
I came in about 630 pm and there were 5 waitresses. We waited 15 minutes with no service. I finally stopped one waitress and she... said she would grab me someone. I waited another 10 minutes and watched 1 waitress chat with her friends and another standaround. Still no service. One waitress walked by 4 times and didn't even say hello. This place was the bomb. We got in late from the airport. Needed food found them awesome prices, service was excellent all 3... times we went there in 2 days. 4 of us eat full meals for around 25 - 30 dollars. Recommend highly. Read more
Had to stop in for a quick bite and didn't want to spend too much money. The food was as good as you will get at a coney island.... Wasn't expecting 5 star, so I was satisfied. At least it was cooked fresh and came hot to the table. The disappointment camewith how dirty the restaurant was. Multiple booths and tables left dirty with used plates, forks and food on the tables, chairsand floor. It was seat yourself, but there was hardly any place to sit because too many tables were dirty. It wasn't because iflack of staff either, there were plenty of staff around. The bathrooms were absolutely horrible. I will not get into details andwill just leave it at that. Probably won't come to eat here again unless I am carrying out, but even then I will find otheroptions first.
