Was just an "okay" experience. Food was okay. Frozen Coke machine was broken. Women's bathroom was dirty.
Earlier today I was released from the hospital/jail.. and being that I was 3.5 hours from home and nowhere to really just... "hangout" and wait.. this crew here at BK served me up some good food and let me wait here literally ALL DAY LONG. This is an honest review. The employees are polite but not friendly. The food was good but dining in was a complete different... experience. The food was served in a bag to go. The appearance of the restaurant itself is very poor. The lights are dim and itlooks like it's shutting down. The restaurant is due for heavy renovation. I do not know how the restaurant is up to code. Read more

It has improved a bit. There was a long line of cars at the drive through, but i was in and out in good time and the food was... hot. Looks like you can go in the lobby as well. Read more
Don't order a whopper melt unless you want a burger patty on doughy white slices of bread that are not toasted or grilled. This... is the third time I've ordered the whopper melt and they do NOT resemble the menu picture at all. Read more
Can be hit or miss, but having the online pickup is super helpful. Wish they had more customizable options as does their... competitor McD's, like how you can get no buns on your meats and then just get a salad instead. It is okay, I just save thebread for animal treats. Super thankful for the Ch'King. So delicious I work to fit it into my Keto (for Epilepsy) diet. Sansbun, of course! My husband and I met at a BK about 16 or so years ago now, way back East, so they will always have a specialplace in our hearts. Glad they are in Bisbee, too. Read more
