Mobile order 15 min away. Stated it would be ready for pickup in 10-13min. Arrived with hungry kids. Nothing was ready to pick... up or even started. Waited another 30 minutes for food. They gave obvious preference/priority to the drive thru line. Yes theywere busy but this experience was one of the worst starbucks. Read more
Barista running the drive thru window seemed impatient and in a rush. I ordered my regular Grande Americano as i do in any... Starbucks and i confirmed with the barista that the order was correct. When I received it, it wasn't hot, it was watered down,too sweet, and more half and half and water than espresso. I went back through the drive thru and instead of taking a moment tolisten to the issue, it seems like she got offended and upset because I asked if she could remake my drink. I told her i alwaysorder this at any starbuks and this is not how an Americano tastes. I know what it tastes like. She continued to disregard whati said, and after i raised my voice she offered to remake it in less than a minute. Now, my drink tasted worse. It tasted likewarm water with a splash of half and half and Splenda. I would not recommend coming to the Bishop Starbuks as employees seem tonot listen, and be careless of how they serve their drinks. Definitely stop into another Starbucks in town if theirs any or waituntil you travel to mammoth or any other outside town. Read more
Accidentally left my purse with, yes, even the kitchen sink, on patio chair. Employees retrieved and protected it. I was 5 hours... and 278 miles away when I realized it. Returned the following day and am ever so grateful. Loved the almondil,,chocolate,espresso shake with hot egg wrap! Really sweet employees! Read more
So slow! It took twenty minutes to get our order, two drinks. And I had to ask for it. The manager was unapologetic. The... drive-thru did not appear to move quickly either. There was at least six staff people. Boxes filled the lobby and the bathroomswere unavailable for the whole time that we were there and probably the rest of the day. Those boxes weren't moving. Not a verygood time for our afternoon break. Coffee drinks were good. Read more
We stopped here on the way back to LA from Mammoth on Sunday morning and the drive thru was absolutely packed. We opted to go... inside to order (and use the restroom) and the staff was delightful. Got a couple coffees and a croissant and were back on theroad! Read more
The store front is large compared to most of the Starbucks I've visited throughout California. Plenty of seating inside and... outside without feeling crowded. However, the store was very dirty. Walking up to the store there were at least 10 used Starbuckcups sitting outside on balcony - I stayed for a couple of hours and no one ever went outside to pick them up. An employeewalked out of the bathroom as I was walking in...there was trash EVERYWHERE. Toilet paper in clusters throughout the entirebathroom, trash ON toilets, trash on toilet paper dispenser...EVERYWHERE. I'm assuming she wasn't concerned because when I cameout she was back at the counter taking orders. This location does offer many warm breakfast items, but they don't carry the coldlunches/protein packs (pics attached). I had the steak wrap and Brewed coffee. The winner for me was the large space and amplewall plug-ins - plus it's one of the only Starbucks in the area. Read more
Only a couple of walkin customers and it was 30 minutes for a simple latte. Six employees. Looks like drive thru is always... priority. Dirtiest bathrooms. No soap. No TP. Nothing. I quit Starbucks after my gift card ran out. Only stopped therebecause there was room for my truck. Read more
