My husband went through the drive through and ordered an iced coffee along with our meals. He had to go in because they didn?t... give us the iced coffee. He went in and waited?..waited some more?..and then told the worker that he had waited for around 10minutes and just wanted to make sure they didn?t forget him. They never served him because they were getting new people in linetheir orders. So wr paid for something we never received and the workers didn?t seem to care. He?s not the type to be loud orrude so I?m not sure what the problem is here. Read more

Only gave 1 star because I had to give something to be able to leave a review. I had to get my order done twice because of a... mistake. That's not the issue. I understand mistakes happen. What turned me off was how the managers decided to have a meetingand were very loud and rude. One manager very rudely called out to an employee, "Aye you young man. Come here for a minute. Idon't know why you're whistling and smiling around here but you need to find something to do." It's not so much what she saidbut how she said it. Very rude and very loud. She was very loud the entire time we were there and she's the reason we left.There is a time and place for everything. Certain actions should not be taken care of in front of costomers. And you wonder whyyoung people today don't want to work. Employers that feel entitled don't value the time and energy of the employees that theyalready get paid so little for.. The homemade biscuit was everything. The drinks were great. And tge fact that I could use one coupon per visit saved me a little... money. Some app deals are higher than in store deals tho. Check both. Order from parking lot. Read more
First visit here to this McDonald's in Sumter. This is located on sumter hwy and convenient to the interstate. Order sausage egg... McMuffin, hash browns and bacon egg and cheese biscuit. The McMuffin was nice and hot off the grill as well as the hash browns.However, the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was a little soggy and it was disappointing. I was passing through and do not frequentthat area. Customer was friendly from both drive thru windows. I will recommend but check your food before leaving. Read more
This place was awful. I was sick before I left the resturant. I ordered the quarter pounder with cheese and apparently extra... food poisoning. I have never been so sick in my life. I am done with any McDonald's. Read more
