Barely any Lettuce in my usual oriental salad but in all fairness they were generous with the chicken. But I'm mostly vegetarian... & it is a SALAD! And lettuce is inexpensive so why wouldn't they put a decent amount of Lettuce on a "salad". This seems to bethe norm lately so I'm done with oriental salads... one of their best selling items. Very disappointing... I needed a quick late lunch which was a side of fries and bacon. The fries were barely warm and the bacon... was raw. So I asked my unfriendly server to have it actually cooked which she agreed... Then the manager came out later with itburned. Yea I ate it but I had better and better service before this. What a learning experience... Yeah get it/ these peoplewere under staff and she was busy but that's no reason to be rude. Her other tables she was somewhat nice to but me she wasrude. Well, gotta say this was a shock. Worst experience we?ve had and we?ve been regulars for years now, but got here at 730 and... we?re sat at a dirty table and was sticky all over it. Waiter messed a couple things up and when the food came out it wasn?texactly up to par with what we?ve seen in our numerous experiences here. Than, we wondered how could this place be so empty?Well. The staff were all in the back just talking, atleast from what one customer saw as he decided he was tired of waiting fora single one to help their family of 5 and he went back and saw them all just standing back there talking. We proceeded to waitanother 20 minutes waiting for our waiter to even come back so we could pay. Normally I love to leave a tip and this time Iwanted my change. Idk what happened this time but my god, not impressed. Usually the foods great but my family and I ordered 3 chicken broccoli... alfredos. Broccoli is raw or very near so, was cut HUGE too (bottle cap for size comparison). The sauce is just straight up asoup, not thickened at all like it usually is and its really salty compared to how it usually is. Besides the salt the chickenwas good. This isn't my normal experience with Applebees South but its also not the first time its been like this either. Pleasework on your guys consistency. Read more
Ordered online shrimp and Parmesan steak with soup and this is what I got. Steak was so tough I couldn?t even chew it, with no... shrimp or Parmesan and the soup was chicken Tortilla but didn?t look like it. Gross would not recommend this place. Read more
We had a server switch half way through dinner, so it was a little rushed at 1st. Then the 2nd server was amazing. Great food.... Love the pretzels! Overall a 4.9 stars outta 5. Read more
