It disappoints me greatly to have to post this review, but at this point it feels like the community needs to know what to be on... guard for when getting takeout from this BWW location on 3rd Street in Bismarck. At the end of July, my family orderedappetizers, sandwiches, and chicken wings for takeout from here. We did a quick check of the bag when we were in the parkinglot, but it wasn't until we got home we discovered we didn't receive the appetizers or the fries that were supposed to come withthe sandwiches (about $20 of missing food). No problem. Everyone makes mistakes. We call right away and are told a refund forthe missing food will be processed to the credit card in 2 business days. Still no refund after 5 business days so we call backand are told it will actually be 7-10 business days. About 10 days later, our credit card is credited $4, vastly short of thefood ordered but not received (not to mention the tip that was provided in anticipation of good service). We go into therestaurant to get this issue fully resolved and are told the General Manager, Brittany, will call us back the next day. No callor contact is received from anyone. We see in response to other Google reviews the request from the owner to fill out the formin the FAQ?s under ?Orders & Visits? and get a message the next day indicating we will get a response within 2-4 business dayslater. We did that about two weeks ago and still have heard nothing. Sensing a theme? The original mistake of not including allof our items was not a big deal as I?m completely sympathetic to how hard it is out there for restaurant workers. What isunacceptable...the management of this store not promptly making it right without giving us the runaround. TL;DR CHECK AND OPENEVERY BOX OF YOUR TAKEOUT ORDER IN THE STORE TO MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVED EVERYTHING UNLESS YOU WANT TO MAKE A FINANCIAL DONATIONTO THE OWNERS. Read more
This is typically the Bdubs to order from if you?re going to order, however, this experience changed my mind. The to go order of... a brisket burger with an extra patty that was that ordered turned into a brisket sandwich where the manager claimed ?thishappens all the time?... ok.. well let?s find a solution.. after reminding maybe 3 people about that extra patty.. never got it.A generous 1/8 of the portion of fries were received with the meal and all sides of ranch were forgotten. Both door dashers thatwere waiting with me either left empty handed or with an incomplete order. You?re going to have to do much better. Read more
I come here every once and awhile. Or order door dash. My order is usually correct which is good. But for a place that mainly... serves chicken the quality is always a 1. If you've eaten at these locations you know what I'm talking about. I'll give a 3because the staff is friendly and my order is usually correct. Just really bad quality. Read more
I ordered 2 orders of a 10peace traditional and only got one asked for light seasoning on fries didn't get that they were really... spicy and then the waiter had insulting tattoos saying crazy bi!!!!! On him just plain not covered and tattoos al over his faceand asked for a manager and only got a 5 dollar discount and the server then only rang up a 3 dollar discount Read more

Some of the food was a little over cooked including the chips, but the food was still delicious, and the waitress we had was... amazing. My coworkers and i were extremely satisfied. We will definitely return. Read more
