I can not believe this place is still open. Worst Burger King in the world in every possible aspect. I?ve gone there at noon and... no one answers the drive thru, go to the door and it?s locked while the workers are sitting inside just hanging out on theirphones. You guys need to get it together. You've literally forgot half my order. You just basically gave me a bag and shut the window. You are 100% going to have a bad time coming here. No matter your location in Bismarck, going to the South Burger King will be... faster. I'm in here now, 3 customer in front of me, no one in the drive through and its been 30 minutes with no hope insight. Edit: After a year of bad service it seems they have fixed all the issues that made this place so bad. The last fewtimes in a row going has been a good experience. Read more
The cheese burger was a small double a really small double which is not what makes you to believe that they are selling you the... larger portion for $5 it's not much of a deal?? I doubt that I'll stop at the Burger King in Bismarck on the East end of townagain they can't even keep help enough to keep the doors open at the serving area inside it's only drive up and it starts at11:00 and ends somewhere in the afternoon late evening. This location has gone down hill a lot, I am updating my rating from a 3 to a 1. They consistently do one of the following:... lose your order, give you the wrong items, or miss items entirely. They lost my order today and made me wait over 10 minuteswhile other orders were fulfilled before mine that were taken after mine. I have issues the last 3 out 3 times I went to thestore. Only 1 time out 3 have they been understanding and honestly apologized for the issues with the order My recommendationis to strongly consider going someplace else for a quick meal. Read more
On September 25, 2018, we stopped here for a quick bite to eat. We ordered the promotional ?two meals for $10.00.? One of the... meals was a whopper. Instead of receiving the whopper I ordered, I received a whopper bun and two hamburger patties. It waspoorly assembled as well. I took the sandwich to the front counter, and I asked the female employee if they were out of whopperpatties. She looked confused and then muttered, ?Ummm, yeah.? The male employee making sandwiches said, ?We temporarily ran outof whopper patties, so we had to improvise.? He then said, ?We have some now, so I?ll make you a new sandwich.? I don?t evenknow where to begin. If you run out of patties, then you tell the customer. You don?t substitute a completely differentitem?without asking me first. Additionally, if you get caught being lazy, the absolutely least you can do is apologize. If youtake a look at the photos for this Burger King, you?ll see the sandwich I am referencing. What a joke. Slowest fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. Food was good. Short staffed and unhappy atmosphere.
