Good flavor, totally wrong orders both morning. 2 more days here.. back to the people who get my order correct.
While ago this was a good location for coffee, not currently. The current servers mess up my orders often. Recently I asked for... a hot mocha with whip and I got an iced mocha with no whip, and I ordered a small hot chocolate with whip and got charged alarge hot chocolate with no whip that tasted bad. I am a big Caribou fan but this is and has been since they opened the WORST Caribou ever. I have never had a drink made... correctly here even after asking the barista to remake it kindly it still turns out wrong. And one morning at 10 am they did nothave ANY coffee and wouldn?t have for a couple of hours. Read more
There was absolutely no one behind the counter for at LEAST 30 minutes. I kept time. There?s no reason two employees need to go... off and leave their store unattended. Delicious, but the wait here is always excruciatingly painful. For example, during my last visit, people were standing around... staring at the traffic on 3rd Street while a single person was doing everything in the drive thru. My drinks were sitting there,ready & waiting, but because the person working the drive thru was busy taking orders, I had to wait for my drinks while theperson took two additional drive thru orders.
