Drive thru lady was rude while I picked up my coffee
If a white truck isn't in the parking lot, I won't stop. The younger employees are rude and seem to think it's your fault that... they mess your order up. Read more
I stopped to pick up a coffee for my wife. The reason I chose Caribou, they only had 6 cars in the drive through line. The... Starbucks across the street had about 20 cars in line. In my opinion the coffee was Great and every bit as good as Starbucks! Read more
Rude customer service. I told her to have a nice day cause I?m always just like that smiling and polite and she just ignored me... and shut the window. Looked super annoyed like she didn?t want to be there and looked annoyed with me. She was at the drivethrough window today at 9:30am.
