Rude customer service. I told her to have a nice day cause I?m always just like that smiling and polite and she just ignored me... and shut the window. Looked super annoyed like she didn?t want to be there and looked annoyed with me. She was at the drivethrough window today at 9:30am. I used to be a very regular customer here but after receiving RAW bacon 3 times I won't be returning. Be aware if you have a... sensitive stomach this place is NOT for you. Their cooks are not properly trained on food preparation and safety. I have spokento the manager and still received raw bacon after that conversation. I'd give 0 stars if I could ???? Read more
Service is so ridiculously slow. I stopped going here forever a bit because I'd wait at the register for 3 minutes before... someone would come over to take my order. Ordering a coffee became a 10 minute ordeal. And there was nobody else insideordering. Due to the traffic at Starbucks I stopped here and went thru the drive thru with one car in front of me. I ordered adrink and a sandwich. The whole process took over 10 minutes. I understand that they were short staffed and to the workers therethank you for doing your best.... But this is unacceptable from management. It is clear you are slow on a daily basis. Hire moreemployees or risk losing even more customers. Read more
