I have had great burgers there..only way they could do better was toast the bun! BUT i also have had some awful choices... I... ordered a patty melt. ( curbside) because I liked the hamburgers, it was sopped with grease, ended up throwing it away..Lastnight we ate there again and i asked if they could make a grilled cheese, brown and crunchy but when we got it home it was paleand very limp..maybe it is curbside only but ya gotta do better by customers! Ok, so guest service at the drive thru was awesome! Kimberly was very professional and kind, very good customer service. We... waited for our food for 20 minutes!! Everyone in line got their food way before ours. I understand a kitchen wait, but ourconcrete mixers were melted and gross. Very disappointed, as they are quite expensive. The staff was really friendly and our food was good. However most tables needed cleaning and the custard was very icy. Lots of... ice chunks it it when normally it's very creamy. Not sure if something was wrong with their machine that day. Read more
Reasonably priced food and tatsed greet. Online ordering wasn't working so I had to go through the drive-through - my order had... a lot of deviations from the "standard packages" and every single one was recorded correctly and my order came out exactly as Istated, very impressed, will be back! First time visited the ressurant ... Had the cod dinner selection...LOVED IT! Cod was perfectly coated & flaky-taste was ... delicious! Cole slaw was favorable & fresh ... crinkle fries were crisp & nice & hot ... Really enjoyed the food ... the pricewas fair ... the facility was clean ... staff was efficient, conscientious about taking care of any needs & friendly! Opened on September 20, 2021. The restaurant is very nice and clean. The employees were kind and helpful at the register. I... ordered a single patty ButterBurger with cheese and the patty I received was quite small and overcooked. It was smaller than asingle patty that you would get from McDonalds in my opinion, but still tasted alright. From previous experiences at otherCulvers, I am guessing this was just a fluke - otherwise my experience was good and service was as quick as expected. Read more
Food is delicious but I can tell the customer service has gone downhill ever since new ownership took over a few months ago.... Condiments are often forgotten and toppings on ice cream are very minimal. There was once instance where I went through thedrive thru during a lunch rush. I understand that food may take a little longer to come during lunch. However, I waited a longtime only for a staff to bring me the wrong order. I was going through the food to see if I had the correct items andaccidentally touched the fries. I told him and then the staff member proceeded to hand that same bag of food that I touched toother customers in line. Staff need to be trained on how to handle contaminated food properly. I then waited for my food forover 20 minutes while other cars behind me got their order right away. Read more
