We had ordered 2 meals. It was $30!! & for that price I assumed the food would atleast be good. My fries were half full, both of... the fries were cold/very hard like it was the last of the crumbs & my drink tasted like straight carbonated water. the servicewas ok- the worker didn?t seem too thrilled. I just went through the drive through and ordered a roast beef sandwich and a small coke. He asked if I wanted to add fries to... make it a meal. I said no. I got to the window and the guy at the window handed me my bag and closed the window. I was waitingfor my coke and he opened the window and said is there something else I can help you with. I said yeah, I didn?t get my coke. Hesaid you didn?t order a coke. You ordered a sandwich and fries. I told him no, I didn?t want fries. I wanted a sandwich and acoke. He shrugged his shoulders and shook his head no and wouldn?t make it right. I didn?t get a receipt either because when heasked I said I didn?t need it. I tried calling to speak to a manager and my call keeps getting declined. I?m going to trycalling again tomorrow. Apparently, management needs to teach employees about customer service. Read more
