Stopped in for my usual hearty man combo. I wasn't disappointed. The hostess was very friendly and make sure I had everything I... wanted. She checked on me quite often as she did the other guest. My food arrived hot. Actually the only negative I had was thatI ordered my eggs over medium and they came hard. But they were still eggs and they were still good! Called to place a pick up order, finally after about 15 rings someone picked up and not only spelled my name wrong but also... repeated my phone number back to me incorrectly. Moving forward, we ordered breakfast only to receive this flimsy thin ?crepe?like pancake that you can see through. Also was shorted one pancake. When I arrived inside to pick up my order I witnessed oneof your employees putting money in the cash register as the phone began to ring. Instead of picking up the phone after aboutfour rings this employee just walked away. Incredibly poor customer service! If you want business you should probably pick upyour phone! The lack of urgency is astounding. We will not be back to dine in nor will we place orders for pick up movingforward! Read more

My fiance was in there with me on headset call and was gonna at first grab me a pie but since the coupon we had was not on... the system yet and I told him to grab me cookies instead to save them some trouble on there end as it sounds like this hadbeen going on all day yesterday. The two lady's sent a extra. Cookie with him. I just wanted to tell themanager there tonight and the cashier you ladies are amazing. You made my evening. Read more

Our 4 orders to go n everyone one of them were messed up in at least one way or another, missing dressing for salad, no cheese... on dry as* club, super crusty county fried streak, missing side items, blah blah it was ..12:30am and not busy at all.... Aftera long day on our road trip checking in to the hotel late, just wanted to get kids fed n to bed but complaining about the mealsbeing wrong n missing items left them crabby n still hungry. Prolly won't stop in there again .. I mean i was thankful theywere open ..but to have it all wrong was annoying but the asparagus was good Read more

Only go if you have 2 hours to spare. Took 10 minutes to be acknowledged to get seated even though we were only ones waiting.... Then 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Another 20 minutes for food order. Then 45 minutes for our food to show upafter we ordered. Food was ok but found hair in food at end. Then the bill which they couldn?t ring up because they gave it tosomebody else and they paid it so we ended up paying the other person?s bill which was cheaper so win for us. Employees lookedmiserable and way understaffed. Another Bismarck restaurant on the verge of closing I bet. Read more

it took over 30 minutes to get 3 pieces of french toast and we were the only people in the restaurant.My food was cold, and the... best they could do about it was offer me a 10% discount. The service was very very slow, and the restaurant was not sanitary andit smelt like mold. Will not be going back. Read more

Took a long time to get food and it was not that busy 35% full maybe. Waitress barely spoke to us and never checked on us other... than to deliver our food waited 15 min for someone to cash us out at register. Never again. Food was good Read more

First off the it appears there were only two employees working one Cook and one server who I think was a manager and was very... nice. We were driving through Bismarck about 1:00 am and were really happy to find them open. We were seated promptly and ourorder was taken promptly everything was good until the Cook and the manager started arguing in the kitchen. It was quiteentertaining actually. Apparently the Cook was new and didn't know the menu quite well enough yet but took offense to themanager/server correcting him when the food wasn't coming out right for the record ours didn't either but it was corrected andthe guy could Cook the food was very good. Someone just needs to let them know at that octave that they were exchanging wordsat the whole restaurant could hear them. Read more
