I love to go here to have coffee, and visit with family/friends. Employees at this location are super friendly.
I drive out of my way to go to a Starbucks only once a week. Today when I arrived, this location was temporarily closed.... Probably do to staff shortages. And I completely understand that. But it would be really nice if each location had a Facebookpage or something similar where they can post hours if they vary from the ones listed on Google or being closed temporarily. Iwould definitely check pages like that before I take extra time, drive out of my way, only to find that Starbucks isn't open andthen go even further out of my way to a different location if I really want my coffee and maybe that location would also beopen. You can't tell me to call because if you are open, you're typically too busy to answer the phone. Read more
We pulled up at 10am into the drive through and they told us they were closing. We were stuck in the line (and up to 8 cars... behind us too) because they would not tell anyone that they were closing (at 10am in the morning on a saturday). Completelyincompetent. Read more
I was getting a gift card for friend, she asked me is this card ok and I said no. So she was going through the different cards... she had. I was in my car and was telling her a Thank You card. Then this female came to the window and yelling at me ?that?srude ! That?s rude! And Over and over again. I asked her what?s she talking about? She said ?I am the manager here and we get alot of rude customers. I didn?t hear the whole conversation. She should of asked before opening her big mouth. I told them Iwon?t be returning and I don?t recommend any one coming here. I am still upset with the manager. Read more
Ordered a snickerdoodle hot chocolate, got a normal hot chocolate. Which doesn't even taste like a hot chocolate, tastes like... hot coffee stained water. Tasted so bad I couldn't drink it Read more
The staff is absolutely lovely and do phenomenally during stress. I ended up being in the drive through longer than expected... (maybe 20-30 minutes start to finish) and when I got to the window they apologized as they were very short staffed and weregoing to close early. They gave me my coffee for free as to not leave a bad taste in my mouth, even though they really didn?thave to. Phenomenal baristas, the drinks were great, the outdoor seating is awesome, 10/10 would recommend traveling to thislocation. Read more
Due to the parking lots on the south side they have a TON of parking. They do have a drive through that can get really busy but... they seem to have great staff to keep the walk in service top notch. With the hot days here, it felt so good to sit in the AC.When it's not 80+ and humid, the outdoor seating area is nice too. Avoid the pothole turning West towards Lowes!! Read more
