It is Starbucks. For some reason, like anyone else, we wait in a long line whether there is good service or not. ??????????????
I ordered a Venti drink yesterday and when I went to drink it, it was only 3/4. It looks like they made a Grande, realized... their mistake, and instead of fixing it, they just poured it into a Venti cup and called it good (obviously didn?t tellme). I?d much rather wait another few minutes for it to be remade instead of not getting what I paid for. I am verydisappointed, as usually I have great service here. I got a vanilla bean frappe and it was made pretty darn tasty. A very good one-timer. This place was SUPER busy but they worked... through at a pretty good clip. I think we only had about a 20 minute wait. For the long line of cars and the even longer lineinside - whew they were amazing. Read more
When I go to this location my vanilla sweet cream foam is always so salty. Why? There should be nothing salty about it. Any... other location is just fine, but not this one. Read more

Never been to a Starbucks, the gal was super helpful and made my daughter and I a delicious caramel drink. So friendly and not... pretentious at all! I would definitely go back if I am ever in town again! Read more
Service is great but the shop is super small giving you no where to sit. If you want to sit and drink your coffee you will have... to go to the other Starbucks in Bismarck. Read more
