Absolutely horrible service. I always place a pickup order and because it has been made wrong so many times I resorted to coming... in for each order. I still place my order on the app so that I can build reward points but the woman that works there recognizesme and my order and purposely does it wrong. Today even when I stopped her and asked for something to be done correctly sheargued with me and did it incorrectly. She made a scene in front of multiple customers and I went home with an order that wasn?tto my specifications. I hope she is fired, no one else at this store has any problem making my order how I ask but she does itincorrectly clearly to spite me. Read more
Ordered ahead. When we got there we had to wait because the order was made incorrectly. The subs we ordered were not very good.

The lady here I don't think she like her job. She make the food sloppy. She seem like she have an attitude when you say what you... want. I wish people stay away from customer service if you don't like it. Please go back to wearing a mask. She is not verysanitary either. Read more
Today's 3 lunch ladys did such an incredible job! The line was about 8-10 people long and all the way to the door. They moved us... all through so fast, it was unbelievable and appreciated. I only had a few extra dollars to leave for a tip, I wish I'd hadmore. They earned it. This is always my favorite location! Read more
They were out of meatballs. So they of course realized that when I ordered them. Not when they used the last one. Then they... microwaved the frozen meatball concoction which is ok I guess. But the meatballs were hard as rocks. It?s just a terrible placeto eat these days. In the 80?s and early 90?s it was great. Everyone loved it. Now it?s regarded as one of the worst. It was disappointing and frustrating. I ordered on the app, which was good. I ordered some cookies. I am inside my vehicle,... tearing it apart trying to find my cookies. Spending 30-45 minutes looking for them. I return to the store feeling unsure. SinceI am a subway employee at a different location, the expectation that I was taught was to ensure exemplary customer service,respect to customers, and communicate with the customer. That was not I experienced. On top of that the sandwich artisan that Idealt with, Dalton, who was the one who prepared my meal, was chuckling at what i was saying. He forgot my cookies and didn'tcommunicate with me at all. Oh yeah, i was cursing up a storm. Just saying, i needed my sunshine inside of mouth (cookies). I go to subway all the time I really only order 1 sandwich, cold cut combo, that is my favorite.
