This location has been hit or miss lately, but they are getting better. I hope the trend continues because I do like their food... and the convenience of the location. Read more

This location has had its ups and downs since I have moved here and live close to this location. A lot of times they were close... when stated they were open and food was constantly inconsistent and missing items. But as of lately I have had much betterexperiences and am happy to see them doing much better. Read more

We were hungry and a cheese burrito for 2 dollars was just what we needed. One star removed because neither of us could easily... hear the order taker. When I said we were having a hard time hearing twice, her questions, she simply repeated them at the samespeed. This was not an accent issue, just poor electronics and a fast talker. Read more

Service was sub par at the state st. Location (even for taco bell). Waited in the drive-thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars... ahead of us. It took another 10 minutes at the intercom and 15 at the window... yes almost an hour for "fast food" as we pulledaway we noticed we were missing half our order so had to call the store since the lobby is closed. Used the drive through and had kind service but the worker was confused about our order. Thankfully the digital screen helped us... see exactly was she was placing on our order, so we corrected her a few times. At one point, the worker screamed while we wereordering and told us there was a bat flying around in the kitchen. We chose to go elsewhere instead of risking the bat food. Also, they no longer sell tostadas which is a real bummer! Read more

This place needs to step it up. I was hoping that the new renovations would also improve the customer service and food quality,... but it appears not. Still gruelingly slow drive-thru experiences and poor listening skills by the person taking the order.Repeated my order 4 times exactly the same way speaking very clearly and ordering exactly per the menu, and still repeated itback to me incorrectly. Ended up receiving 4 extra tacos one time this month and 1 extra taco the other time. Which is fine ifyou want to give away free tacos all the time but I just want what I order (which includes mild sauce (NOT fire or hot like yougave me both times). Listening skills are a simple path to customer satisfaction and speedy service in your business. I suggeststarting there with retraining your entire staff. Read more

Newly remodeled. Very friendly atmosphere. Wonderful staff. The food is made fresh and warm with a short wait time. The new... general manager, Dominique, is always going above and beyond for everyone of the customers and staff members that come throughthe store. The area coach, Nate, also consistently has a smile and positively directs the staff to better their performance. Read more
