There were no customers inside and none in the drive thru, except us. We ordered through the mobile app. After waiting for them... to put our order together, after we got there, we got home and found they had not followed the online orderinstructions....again. 20 minute wait for cold soggy Taco Bell.
Ordered food. Asked several times if they received order. After 45min we still had no food and others in group had to return to... work. Employees were goofing around and talking. Asked again about order and employee walked away and started sweeping. Employeetried to ignore me so I asked again and he told me it was not his job to make food because he was busy. Asked for manager and herefused and said to get her myself. I whistled and someone came out of back office. I explained the situation and she statedthat they were making my food now. There was nobody in the kitchen. All were outside talking. I asked for my money back and shestated that it will get done. I had to demand my money back do to everybody having already left due to 45min wait. She refusedmultiple times before getting money back. Still in shock at how bad this service was!! Read more
Wow!!! By far the best Taco Bell I have ever been too and I live in Southern California. I wish I would have gotten the 2... gentleman?s names but they were great! After a long week of family gathering, My family (tired of each other) went to the drivethur and received refreshing laughter. The employees attitudes were great and made our experience an amazing one. We love TacoBell and this one (because of these 2 men) is the best by far. One guy had a lot of tattoos and the other was a Mexican guy.THEY ARE THE BEST! Read more
Food is usually pretty decent here. But today I went in to use the bathroom and noticed it kind of stank. As I was washing my... hands I realized there's no soap dispenser!!! I don't know bout you.... but if someone just used the bathroom and they return towork without washing with soap, that's just nasty!! Management needs to step up. Read more
I gave this Taco Bell a four star. This service was a little bit longer wait but cheerful staff. Way better than the one on... Washington I hate going to that one and this one did not even mess up my order. Read more
I was so very impressed with the staff working the lunch shift, approximately 11:30am 7/23/2021 @ Taco Bell on Rock Island Place... in Bismarck. The drive through was closed, they got very busy all at once, due to all of us going into the dining room for ourorders. The crew worked together as a team, handled the rush very well and were working together in a cohesive manner. Theychurned out great product very quickly (see perfect taco below) and it?s not often you see a fast food restaurant be able tohandle a rush as well as they did today. Keep up the great work? Food was HOT nacho fries are awesome, service was really slow but I think they were training.
