This is by far one of the worst Wendy's I've been to. First of all, the menu posted outside does not reflect the amount they... charge you. Not one burger of the 4 we ordered was correct. The fries were cold at 12:30 in the afternoon. But it's closest tothe interstate and we're on the road. So we got duped. See the Jr bacon cheeseburger with only ketchup. Pulled up to drive through. Still open for an hour, asked for one moment to look at menu person on the microphone goes ? hurry... up ? And than asked for ranch and They go ? you don?t need that? horrible service. Read more

Food is as usual good.. the person on the headset SUCKED. Rude and condescending. Sat in the drive thru for an easy 30 mins... before we even got to order. And well we couldnt get out of the drive thru..was told only taking cash. We were waiting for aorder whenever your ready. Nothing ..finally asked if we could order..if you have cash you can order if you want. My husband wastrying to be nice..asked how the night was going that sort of thing..no reply. Opened the window again said here ..and handedout the the drinks and food. Specifically asked for ketchup..oh its in there..hmm guess what. It wasnt..as I said. Our family rolled into the drive-thru as "those people" who hit minutes before close with 3 hungery kids under 9 and not... entirely sure Google had the correct hours listed. Ani was absolutely incredible and made our evening, engaged with our kids andmade us feel welcome even though we had an order for 5 so close to midnight. The rest of the staff working as well was just asfriendly and understanding! Amazing customer service all the way around. Read more

My most recent experience at this particular Wendy's was not a good one. I had limited time to eat so I chose Wendy's because... it's a fast food restaurant. Or so I thought. The line was backed up to the door, and the line moved so slow. I am not sure ifthey were under staffed or just super slow. Watching the workers, I could see 2 people without gloves handling food. Especiallywith the timing of events right now, this should not be acceptable. I had ordered their bbq burger and a drink. After thishappened, about 3 or 4 orders came out instantly, and I got my order very quickly. This changed of pace surprised me, until Ihad realized the the burger I got was just a normal cheese burger. I was so frustrated, having waited in line for 30 minutes toorder a simple thing off the menu, and get something totally different also while being ripped off in the process since the bbqcheeseburger is about a dollar more. The good thing from this was food tasted good and fresh. And the man at the register wasvery polite. The place seemed somewhat clean. I will probably not be returning to this Wendy's for a while.
