My local gas station as its right outside my neighborhood. Its usually very busy during the day and employees are not in a rush,... I think that may be good as I never see them getting worked up about anything. Its like the sloths at DMV in Zootopia. Horrible Store. HORRIBLE! Riley a worker there accused me of something I didn?t do.And I went back in there and she yelled at... me.This other girl threatened that her dad would hunt me down. And they yelled at me the whole time while I was talkingcalmly.Keep in mind I?m only 13.And she yelled at me and threatened to ban me.So being the bigger person I dropped it andwalked out and I called to complain about this incident and she picked up and hung up .If you see Riley don?t be mean but pleaseconfront her this is not right and she needs to be held accountable.I will not be going to this location any more. Kum & Go is gas station sanctuary for Mr, to be honest. Me and my children were almost hit by a car walking into a QuickTrip and... I absolutely hate them. KUM & GO is convenient, always clean and never extremely busy with people rushing to get out of theparking lot. It's just a calm environment and I love it. Read more
Pulled in the only customer in the store. Even after my own work day. Just to pay cash and get fuel. The only cashier in the... store 6:28 12-2-21. Waited for this woman to get off her phone. I didnt say anything ppl have there own stuff going on outsideof work. Gave her a min. waited for a little bit more then 3 others come in the store a lady come in just for milk were bothstanding there and she finally put her phone down. I gave her cash and went to my pump finally. 14hr work day for me. It onlytakes a maximum of 1 min and 30sec to complete a trans action with cash. This store used to be one of the best, however since they have changed managers I can safely say it is one of the worst. They... are very slow, rude and the store is always dirty. Do not go in at lunch time either expecting to order at the deli because themanager will refuse to help you and tell you that they are closed. Which would not be so bad if they would make sure all theirsalads, etc. are stocked before they close. Read more
I don?t appreciate waiting in a long line only to be helped and as I?m getting my money out of my pocket the cashier goes and... helps the next customer with his cigarettes, leaving me standing there. It was rude and not professional at all. You can?t multitask Like qt. It doesn?t work like that here. You don?t leave one customer that waited to be helped and help the next one. Read more
Gave teller 3 five?s and 8 singles , she only gave me credit for $13 instead of $23. After counting it twice ! She still counted... wrong. Not sure if it was a scam or honest error on her part. Unfortunately I didn?t notice until at the pump she shorted me by$10. Once I went back into the store , they pulled the ERRANT receipt and refused to check the drawer. I will never go thereagain. I guess I?ll get my vindication once her drawer comes up $10 over if she didn?t pocket the $10 for herself. Read more
