Classic fast food hot, fast and fresh. If your stopping at McDonald's you already know what your getting. They are consistent... though. This location is reliable and fast. I have not gotten an incorrect order here in the past few years of visiting. Thierinterior dining areas are notably clean and thier play area dining tables are as clean as can be expected. The staff at thislocation is always friendly and professional. I have witnessed some very bad behaviour from customers here and thier mageumenthas always responded professionaly and not left thier front staff to deal with bad characters. Read more
This place has gone downhill, use to get greeted with ?welcome to mcdonald?s may i take your order? and now it?s just ?order... whenever? and if i tell them i have a code they tell me to give it to them at the window but when i do they have attitude saying?you need to start giving us the code before you order? and the food is never fresh anymore. Food is never right anymore ialways have to go back in every time i go there because the order is wrong. I double check at the window when i pay to, to makesure they got everything right and they tell me yes when it?s never right. i use to love their fries but now they are eitheralways soggy or always dry and hard tasting like they?ve been cooked for 3 days. Every mcdonald?s I ever go to anymore it tasteslike it?s been cooked for days and just reheated back up. I have been here many times, but the last time I watched 2 people at front counter who clearly had a cold (red nose, sniffling)... working and handling food. One of them then blew their nose and did not go wash their hands, then proceeds to hand me my drinkcups. A disgrace to McDonald?s and food safety. This location is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Ordered a large mocha frappe with no whipcream. Receipt is marked 1:03... P.M. and a small espresso on the app. (I didn't want to go inside because I have my baby in yhe car and she is very prone totantrums) Waited 23 minutes and still haven't received my product. Finally decided to go inside. Went inside and showed them myemail reciept. Showed a crew member and a manager and they said there's nothing they can do. Manager said I have to fix the appmyself. I asked for the corporate number and he gave it to me and made it like it's my fault saying "People get upset. That'slife." I tried to call the corporate number. No answer. I still have no product and have not been reimbursed. I used my seconddeal for 50% off on drinks so I can't do this again today and I am beyond mad. I have a lot of work to do and now have a lotless time and zero energy. Worst management ever. Worst app ever. McDonalds, you need to find a better solution in training yourpeople when your systems are messing up. There's a starbucks on the way to my destination... Stopped here on our way back from Tulsa. Very fast and pleasant ordering. Food came quickly. It was nice and clean inside, even... though they were busy. Probably the cleanest McDonald's I've ever been in. Read more

We go to mconalds every morning before work. We order 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits and 2 caramel frappes with an extra shot... of espresso. Sometimes we go back at lunch and sometimes dinner after work but they made a simple mistake of not adding theespresso and my husband called immediately and spoke to a gentleman that stated he was the manager. The manager says come backnext time and we will replace them. OK awesome well he goes this morning and he had to tell his story to 4 different people. Hewas berated and told they don't know who he's talking about and they don't know that manager and the lady mocked him and he saidlook I'm not trying to scam u ill come back when that manager is here and they continue to treat him like a liar.
