Ordered curbside (because it was raining) at the Bixby, OK location. Curbside signs basically said either wait for a staff... member to come out or call the location number, which was posted on the sign. I waited... staff looked outside but didn't comeout. I called at least 6 times and it didn't go through. Then I called a final time and it went to the call center. I had torepeat my phone number about 4 times and she still didn't get it right. Right about that time a staff member came outside andyelled "what is your name?" I told her and let her know that I tried to call. She said "our phone ain't workin'" and went backin. She finally came out with my order. I've ordered here before and got good service. This experience was so bad that I'llbe ordering delivery from another pizza place. Read more
Can't ever get thru on the phone to Bixby! Phones not working yet! The call center screws up the order making it to where you... either have to reorder because the order was never put in or tell the kids to eat a sammich! Making them mad at ME! Like i didntdo it right! So pretty sure if the food wasnt good I'd have left them long ago! But it is! So i won't!????I'm glad they didntmake me do it! Read more
Food was great as always. Delivery was super fast as usual BUT this is for corporate. The $4.99 delivery fee is over the top. If... that fee went to the driver that would be different but I'm told it does not. Paying $4.99 fee plus tip is asking to much frompeople. Driver tip goes down when people get charged a delivery fee. Your drivers deserve better! Read more
This is, by far, the worst place imaginable. From customer service, all the way to quality. If you can, avoid. Absolutely... horrible. My background was in food service and I have given this place many chances thinking it may just be bad timing. I like the online ordering. The pizza is fine, lacks sauce and cheese. Ever time my son eats it, he gets sick. There must be a... weird ingredient that doesn't agree with him and for that we won't be going back. Read more
We were really wanting a nice dining experience with a hot pizza and salad. We searched for 12 miles and found Pizza Hut. They... usually have great pizza and a pleasant atmosphere. We were disappointed. They had closed their dining room. No salad either. We still got a pizza but failed when we tried to eat it in the car. We took it home and ate it there. It was really goodpizza and we got it in record time. We just missed out on eating it there. Went back on 6/1122 and their dining room alongwith salads, are still off-line. Awsome pizza, though.
