I love y'all's food but tonight I had something that was pretty disappointing. It wasn't actually the food per say but, you guys... should put wax paper in your take out boxes. I got an order of cheese fries and the cheese melted the box and styrofoam wasfused to my food. At first it looked like chunks of pepper but it was the container mixed into my food. Read more

I have not been at a Rib Crib establishment since I stopped eating beef&pork for health reasons but occasionally I will return... to a favorite of mine to check on how menu items change. Noticed menu appearance modem up to date appealing good imagines offood items well done Rib crib ???? the smell of smoked meats is only thing I miss the smoked chicken side salad with bake beanstaste good as it did 12 yrs ago for a chain restaurant I am impressed with quality and taste and service earned 5???? continueon your success will be rewarded with the consumer base of generation to come. After a long day with my clients showing land and clashing the timbers, we stopped by RibCrib and it hit the spot. We got great... customer service and the ribs were on point. Keep up the good work Bixby. Read more

The service was perfect. Our server was friendly, respectfully showing us mercy as we we were all 65 and older, she was very... knowledgeable about all of the menu items. The food was delicious! Perfectly steamy and an intermingled spices! I am sure Iwill be back. Job well done. Read more

So I?ve been going to RibCrib Bixby for 15 years or more, and I?ve never had any issues. Now recently they have these new check... outs where are your checking out with the kiosk.. I couldn?t be more disappointed. They stand over you while you?re trying totip. Whoever sold them on this concept, knows nothing about customer service. I gave you two stars because of your history orwould be a 1. None of your servers like it. You?re setting a poor standard for the future. I hope you got back to a better day! Read more

I've gone to Rib Crib since #1 was built. I typically do not write reviews, but the service I received on Saturday June 25 was... worth to mention. I phoned in my order. We arrived to the drive through at the time given. The girl at the window took mycard. All ok. Then she brings back the receipt with 2 teas, of which we did not order. My husband takes the teas, and hands methe receipt. The window girl shuts the window, never to be seen again. I tell my husband we have been charged for the wrongorder, so he goes inside. Comes back out and we are waiting. Here comes some loud-mouth so called manager yelling at us. Ijust told her our order was wrong and I would come inside. Again she's yelling, which make me mad. I go in and ask for hermanager and she proceeds to tell me she is a manager. I said NO, I want to talk to THE manager. Another lady comes and Iexplain to her that no one should be treated with the disrespect that person showed us. She refunded my money, all the timewhile that other woman is STILL mouthing off in a voice the entire restaurant can hear. I got my money refunded, and they foundmy actual order, of which I did not pay for. Thank you. I informed the rude one that I would be reporting her to corporate orthe franchise owner, or both. She yells GO RIGHT AHEAD, THE NAME IS ARI, A-R-I. I was so mad, I called her a bad name, andyes, was told to leave and never come back. I usually not spending much time on writing feedback online but this ine is worth mentionning... Yesterday evening, we had one... of the worst dining experience in years if not in lifetime... Im not really sure how a well known restaurant is operating insuch low standards. Food was cold, no attention to details our requests/orders were forgotten or ignored.. We were reallyexcited to get some good BBQ meat but again nothing joyful with yesterday experience. Our waiter was a nice kid, tried to bepolite when we saw him (it seemed kike most if not all were very young) but maybe it is not his fault as it seems that he didnot really got a some or any guidance or expectations of serving protocols and service in general. The place was not busy, yetthere was no attention or follow up on our request.. Not sure if this represent a daily routine in this restaurant or was just aone of but we will not be visiting anymore. For your leisure, I attaced an image of our kids experiance eating a desert withmountain of dirty dishes which was never cleared from the table even we we already left the restaurant... unreal..
