I ordered a meal deal with a one topping pizza, original calzone, and a 2L. I got home, started eating the pizza. About halfway... through, I decided to try the calzone (never been a fan of calzones). I took one bite and was upset. I've been eating a prettygood pizza, when this heavenly bread pocket filled with meat and cheese was just sitting there. Sadly I was already full fromeating half the pizza. They held very well in the microwave for leftovers. I will be returning to this establishment, I will bethere with love in my heart and excitement in my belly, ready for a calzone. Read more
I personally did not enjoy the taste of this pizza. I ordered the veggie, plenty of toppings but I think the mushrooms were over... aged and the black olives were kind of flat tasting. Simple crust, sauce and cheese were fine. Read more
I would have given zero stars but it was not an option. Placed an order tonight on the Simple Simons website and received... confirmation at 5:10 pm. At 5:12 pm we received a call letting us know they were out of jumbo and would we accept two mediums,why yes we will. At 6:20 pm called the location and was told our pizza was coming out of the oven, at 7:00 pm, still no pizza. Called the location and the assistant manager was more worried about not taking any responsibility, told us it was Door Dash. WE DID NOT USE DOOR DASH! Then argued over where we live and now we have no dinner and a RUDE AND IGNORANT assistant manager,we can't get a refund until tomorrow. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! It's good that Bixby is growing, maybe we can get somewherebesides this terrible place. They also will not put you in touch with the manager or owner. Read more
Lost order when ordered from parking lot, also they do not have the deals that they show online. Waited 30 minutes for the order... like they asked. I do not live in town so had to quickly find an alternative for dinner. I do not recommend this establishmentto anyone looking for quality service even for quick pizza. Little Ceasars would be better even though the pizza isn't great atleast you know you are getting what you ordered. Read more
Highly disappointed in today?s visit. We went to have the lunch buffet. There was only a couple mostly gone pizzas when we... arrived at 11:45am. We requested a pizza and a calzone be made. We waited 20 minutes for the food to be made. I also witnessedthe employee eating the pepperoni while preparing the pizza for the oven. Also they had a child in the back. Very unprofessionalall around. I would also like the add that other than one old man, we were the only 4 people on the restaurant so it?s not likethey were busy. Read more
Was not going to post this 3rd times a charm review but as I was leaving some little boy came outside to scream "do not come... back" which Is why I am posting my review, not only has it taken 10 to 20 minutes longer than stated the 3x's I've ordered heresince moving to Bixby 14 months ago, it's always wrong, called tonight and was told, I am so sorry we are putting you a new onein the oven right now, doesn't look new or have a buttery golden top and parmesan on top like the calzones you get from everyother simple Simon's that also have at least 1 adult on site to keep the children from running their business in to the ground.I will not go back. I also was not offered the refund that I was repeatedly told on the phone I would receive, I didn't want themoney back, I wanted what I ordered. There was only one fresh pizza put on the lunch buffet in the whole 30 mins I was there. On top of no calizone which is the only... reason I go to the lunch buffet at simple simons. This bixby location is always hit an miss but lately it's been alot of misses. Read more
