I saw on Reddit that $20 bills are the perfect bills to... short the change back at fast food restaurants and it happened to me. Everyone needs a little positive in their day... I feel like sonic at 151st and Memorial deserves a shout out. ???? In the past,... it hasn't been the best. However, the last several times we have been to eat there it has been Fresh. The order is correct andall there. And the employees have smiles on their faces. So... good Job sonic team! My lunch was great today ???? ?? I alsoposted to Bixby Fb page and figured I would add some positivity in hopes management sees it. If employees are recognized for theGOOD and not just the BAD then it really motivates them to keep doing a good job. Can't give more or less bc this place is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's sucks. Sometimes the stalls are... hardly open & just have drive thru if you have an hour or so to wait when thats going on at lunch time this is the fast foodplace for you. & depending on the workers if you get fresh chili cheese fries or all the hard leftovers with surprise tator totsin it hard as a rock. Poor customer service from the girl taking the order & the carhop tried to tell me I didn't need a spoon for my slush? Uh I'm 49... years old & will eat the food I pay for however I choose! Not gonna argue with a kid about a spoon or how I eat the food I payfor! Read more
This is the worst sonic ever. I have been here 10 times over the past year and every time it is extremely slow. I have ordered... at the drive thru. At the drive in or with the app and every time it takes forever. This time, I ordered one dr. Pepper and Iused the sonic app. It took over 20 minutes to get my order. It took 10 minutes from the moment it said that my car hop was onthe way. I keep coming back, hoping for better service and giving them excuses and I just keep getting disappointed. Read more
Very poor customer service hence in the night there?s a bunch of teenagers on their phones standing around instead of trying to... get people their orders. Drive through window should be quicker than drive in however that?s not the case if people are justsitting around. Read more
