We frequent Taco Bells. This location was a first for me. Not impressed with the crew or the food. The crew seemed to be playing... around too much and cussing (f bombs) in the kitchen loud enough for the patrons in the lobby could hear. I?m a doordasher, which usually works well with fast food however when I wait for 20 min past the time the order should be ready... with all three employees looking back periodically and seeing me/acknowledging it?s ?just DoorDash? but not starting my food?Not even an update as I watch them work on the drive considering I was the only one waiting inside. Just because we are workingdoesn?t mean you should ignore/put off our orders we are tryin in to work hard like y?all and it?s upsetting to be deliberatelydelayed just because I?m doordashing. Got breakfast boxes, very little ice in our drinks since back machine was frozen over. Not sure why they couldn?t get it out of... the front machine. This location doesn?t serve coffee, so it needs to be covered on the menu if you don?t offer it. And theywere out of Cinnabon delights, but instead of telling us just gave us more hash browns. Not sure how shredded beef can replacesteak in my quesadilla. Very disappointed in this location. Read more
We ordered 2 burritos, a taco and supreme burrito?all no onions and add sour cream. Not difficult. Everything had onions (which... my husband is allergic to! ) we spent 15$ and couldn?t eat ANY of the food! I know help is hard to find right now but this wastotally ridiculous and 100% waste of money. Read more
This taco bell is genuinely the worst I have ever been to. I work in fast food, I understand how difficult the pressures can be... and messing up orders is apart of life but the food here is terrible. I ordered a regular taco and recieved a soggy mess thatstuck to the wrapper and fell apart so badly I needed a plate with a fork and knife to eat a taco. This was not supposed to be asoft taco and yet it became one. I'm being half sarcastic here but genuinely I would recommend driving the extra bit to go todifferent taco bell in the area. Unfortunately, I being the consumer was forced to give this location one star. I encourage everyone in the bixby area that comes... to this location, please check your food carefully, especially if you have children. A piece of plastic was in one of my tacos.This could have been an accident, or something with more of malicious intentions. I'm glad that this happened to me and not asmall child that would've easily choked on this. This is absolutely unacceptable for any franchise. This was the cheesy roll up I got from Taco Bell in Bixby. They also won?t let you substitute a taco for a beefy five layer... burrito when you get a box. They won?t tell you that in the drive through, you?ll find out when you take your order insidestating you asked them TWICE to do it and nothing was said about it.
