If you like gambling, order the Classic Bagel Sandwich. It's on the menu so they should know what it is but they will respond... like you are ordering some random thing that they don't serve. Long line-ups in the drive thru and in store. Bathrooms are not clean, but not extremely filthy. There was one lady working the... front and she was trying her best, but no one was helping her. The equipment was broken so the lady making food couldn?t seewhat was being ordered in store (I know because I could loudly hear her complaining about it). One male worker spent the entiretime I was there complaining about working on a long weekend and kept repeating that this was why he never liked workingSaturdays. Do NOT go here if you want service and quality. They lack both consistently. Just look at the lettuce put on my sandwich.... DISGUSTING! They make you sit at the order stand until the car ahead has completely left the drive thru in order to make theirdrive thru times look better. Read more
Consistently the worst service as well as food/drink. Would recommend trying a local coffee shop or driving to Okotoks so that... you know what you?re getting. Today was a perfect example of how this Tim?s is constantly messing up my order. I ordered asteeped tea and got a coffee instead. Read more
Tim Horton's, Black Diamond. This is a nice location. Very clean. Good size parking lot. We got our order quickly and stayed for... a bit. We have been here several times and had no issues with our orders. Tried one of those sweet French Vanillas and thecoffee has been good. Read more
Average location. We definitely have our favourite servers (shout out to Wendy you rock!) and struggle with others. Orders... occasionally come out wrong if you customize from standard menu options as has been mentioned in other reviews. Overall nothingthat will keep us away. Read more
Ice coffee's all came only 3/4 full. Can't add anything at the window, thats the rules I was told. My fault for not knowing this... locations rules and for not seeing the promo for the fundraising donuts until I opened the app. Oh well, will skip this locationnext time.
