We came in town from out of state and stopped by godfathers... we got a taco pizza and cinnamon strusel pizza to go and it... definitely did not disappoint! We had the pleasure of interacting with Brady who was phenomenal! Very obvious why he is amanager! He represents godfathers and above! I am a customer service manager so I always notice premium service and cannot sayenough good things about Brady! It's super hard to find nowadays so I hope it's appreciated! We stopped by Godfather in Black Hawk for a pizza tonight. And while waiting a young women came in with a pizza that wasn't... what she ordered. Talked to the staff and was told they would make the right one and she could take the other pizza if shewanted. The the girl came back and told her that the manager wouldn't let them do another pizza for free. She would have to payfor what she orginally ordered Poor customer service. The staffers not empowered to make a decision. they couldn'take a feeepizza for her Per theamaget. She left om tears. Then ce back on and asked again simce she just spent $20 on a pizza that herchildren wouldn't ear because of the topping. She ordered a Taco Pizza without tomatoes and onions. Read more
Consistently no personal pizzas at lunch time. I even showed up earlier than normal thinking I'd beat the rush. But none at all.... Dont know who the manager is. But they are failing big time. If they still served the best part of godfathers pizza this would be a 5 star review!! Whoever felt like removing the breakfast... pizza from the menu was a good idea is not very smart!! I came here almost daily for a quick delicious breakfast pizza and thereis nothing else in the area!! But now I have to drive to rapid city and get drive thru!! Poor management decision!! Read more

After months of sadness the place is now closed due to management quitting. I would still recommend it however the owner is the... most caring man you will ever meet. Read more
