Terrible service. No dining available, only drive thru and while at the window to pick up our order we had to wait for the guys... working there to get done fighting before we could get waited on. Then as we sat in the parking lot waiting for our order tocome out, a employee came to our car and informed us that the reason it was taking so long was because they were confused aboutwhich order was ours. I'd give a zero but the food was ok once we finally got it but we won't be going back. It was frighteningfor me to see the employees fighting like that and I believe the reason our order was delayed had much to do with the tensionbetween them. I really want to commend this place on their customer service and product coming out. I?m a local and this has now become a... weekly place to stop because of your staff and their hard work. I have ordered multiple times from Pizza Hut in Black Mountain, however this will be the last dime they will get if mine! The... last 2 times I have ordered they have messed up my order, I let it slid the first time because things happen but not this time!I have tried to call multiple times since I got home and I get some call center, routed to the store and then back to the callcenter! Needless to say I?m very frustrated! I will make an appearance in person tomorrow. Read more
terrible terrible service. if i could give them zero stars i absolutely would. i got hung up on twice because they ?couldn?t... find? the address of my location and said they were going to ask someone for help and then hung up the phone. it was two indiansounding men. both very slow to answer my questions and very rude i will never do that again. My significant other and I decided pizza for dinner and came to this location. Seemed like a nice location at first until we... asked our server for napkins and she told us that they were on the buffet. She didn't refill our drinks, spent most of her timegossiping with her manager , on her phone at a table and also leaning over the register. There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! NORESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS!! I asked for fresh cucumbers and the manager decieded to tell me there were some in the bottom of thecontainer! I wanted to tell her about food saftey and rotation since she acted like I had no clue (I'm a chef). There was a nicecomplaint from her. We soon got our pizza and wings. Wings were good, but pizza was half cooked. It's not even closing timeand we just got our food and the server asked if we wanted boxes!!!!?? I honestly wanted to ask for it to be heated more, but Ididn't want to risk someone spitting in my food because I asked them to fix it.
