Issues with app saying the store was closing early but it wasn?t. Got that fixed, and placed my order. Got there and picked up... our order it was missing the drinks and sauces. The store was extremely filthy. All tables were dirty sticky soda over thecounters and floors. I am assuming they were undermanned but will brag that the couple of people I saw there were working theirbutts off and doing the best they could. Read more
Every time I go here, awesome service and tasty food! Today when I went here, I found them trying to fix a broken sign. Then... they accidentally gave me the wrong food. But hear me out! We all live in a breaking world, but I think that as humans, it's notabout what breaks but how you fix it and your attitude that really matters. And these people did great! They had a goodattitude, had laughter in their voice when they welcomed me (presumably about the sign) when I first ordered, and had the rightthing waiting for me when I came back around. I'm sure the sign will be fixed soon too. And hey, I got to try something new(power bowl) and it was much better than I expected! I'm proud of myself too because years ago, I'd have barely even touched itbecause I was so picky. I am standing outside waiting for them to open right now. They should have opened at 9 but it?s 915 and still not open. A worker... came to the counter, saw me wave at her and then instead of letting us in disappeared back to the kitchen. Read more

Customer service was GREAT! Portions on food? Pitiful. I barely got any lettuce and anything I ordered and it was mostly shell... and meat. Sorry y'all. I know you need to cut costs somewhere, but this makes me rather go somewhere else. Read more
Very poorly run Taco Bell. They were serving car after car in the drive thru while customers in the dining room were left... stupefied. I waited forty minutes for a single crunch wrap supreme only to discover there was a teaspoon worth of ground beef onthe whole sandwich. Its just dissapointing, ya hate to see it after such a long wait. Read more

Bro I get wanting to go home, but you?re literally servicing the car in front of me; and just denied me service while you?re... literally making theirs; not to mention I literally pulled around to leave and I?m stuck behind them watching this entiretransaction go down. With limited options around here; consistently being out of food or items; this Taco Bell is an L I workodd hours too, and hate being the last person to walk in but I hate having to drive another 45 mins round trip to find foodagain when you guys could have simply accomplished my order with the one that was being worked on.
