The past couple of times I've come to visit this store they always forget something. This time we went in since it was a big... order. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich for my son and the roast beef and swiss with the French dip. I should have checkedthe bag before we left but my son's sandwich was just a regular crispy chicken sandwich and the French dip was also missing.While we were waiting I noticed most of the tables and drink station were dirty. I love Arby's food and was very excited when they finally brought one to BRF, but since they've opened the service keeps getting... worse. There are a few really awesome team members at this location, but overall most of them seem to be quite unhappy workingthere. Read more

The staff seemed very hectic even tho they weren't extremely busy. I ordered my meal in a large size. Paid for large size but... recieved a medium soda cup after paying. Then when I recieved my meal I had a medium fry on my tray not a large. I said to theemployee who handed me my tray "I'm supposed to have a large fry", she looked at her screen for my order looked back at me andsaid my apologies they must have entered that wrong, and she gave me a large fry. The coca-cola was horrible. You could barelytaste the syrup. The Mello yellow wasn't much better. But the food was fresh. Read more

I do enjoy a good french dip or beef and cheddar, however the wait times at this particular location are generally very steep. I... cannot go to Arby?s on my lunch break and make it back to work in time usually. Food is almost always right and tastes great. Read more
I just can't resist a Smokehouse Brisket! It never disappoints. Actually, I've never had a bad sandwich at any Arby's, anywhere.
