DO NOT ORDER from Black River Falls Dominos!!! A male employee working for dominos assaulted somebody in my family tonight while... he was on the clock over an order mess up on their part. When someone pays for their delivery and they don?t receive theirfood?you would think they would get a refund or a credit back? Right..? No this male employee got mad and said that my familywanted to get ?free food? after paying for their food and not receiving it. When my family member tried to record theconversation this man reached over the counter and grabbed ahold of a WOMEN..A CUSTOMER at that while being on the clock. Whowould want somebody like that to work for their business. I will not be ordering from dominios again. How can any ?man? grabahold of a women like that?A CUSTOMER at that!! Just sad????? I was unaware of what happened tonight with my family. I called toorder food..but since my family has the same phone plan our number comes up as the same number. So a lady answered the phone andwas just rude to me. Saying she wouldn?t serve to me! That?s when I called my family member and was told what had happenedtonight to them. Today is my day off and I started ordering Pizza Hut on-line but it was getting pricey! So, I went on the Dominos app to compare... prices and noticed that I had a coupon on there for a free 2-topping pizza!!! But, even without the coupon Dominos is still abetter deal. Pizza Hut charges almost $2.00 per wing! The Dominos app is so easy to use and had better deals. They also get myorder right every time! Read more
We have had good pizza on some nights, but depending on who is serving, crust is hard as a rock, pizza is cold, and without the... extra toppings ordered. Tonight was one of those nights. Wish the good servers were always on hand. Pizza is excellent thosenights. Read more
Got the cheese burger pizza and cheesy bread tonight was very delicious and satisfying. But the prices are extremely overpriced... in my opinion. They also forgot my jalapenos. Overall it was good. Will definitely come again. Read more
Ordered $50 in pizza and wings for pick-up. Pulled up to the drive up window and they said they gave my food to the wrong person... and needed to remake it. Was told to come back in 10 minutes. I Came back and was told it still wasn't ready and it would beanother 5 minutes. I waited for it to be ready. After receiving the order, not a single apology was given or anything. Talkabout garbage customer service. Not to mention that when we got home the cheese wasn't even melted all the way on some of ourfood and the chicken was cold. Disappointed is an understatement!!!! Ordered online for delivery. Have the tracking on phone. Order put in at 6:07 for a 6:30 delivery. 7:08 comes along and no... delivery. I called to find out if they would be making it fresh when it would be delivered and I was told I was rude from themanager Siara! She said we got busy, we can cancel. Not good customer service!! Guess won't order from there again. Thesepeople working for places don't understand there are other places and competition out there. The only good place to get wings and great pizza at 1am. The Pacific Veggie is a now staple for our order with a close second... being the cinnamon twists. The bone in sweet mango habanero wings are bold and very spicy, a treat for anyone willing to takethe heat. Read more
In need of better management to handle the busy hours and be able to stay professional and kind. Customer service is terrible.
